Export Mystery Caches to Evernote, myst2evernote.gsk

When solving mystery caches sometimes it is nice to have the information with you where ever you go. This macro will Take all mystery caches in your database or the ones that are user flagged and export them to your Evernote notebook for solving on the go on your mobile phone.

NOTE: You have to have evernote installed on the pc you are running GSAK on. Notes are put in a notebook called PuzzleCaches. If you hold down the CTRL key when starting the macro you are presented with a few options (links to open the cache in the groundspeak app, GSAK, or Geosphere

Version 1.1

as a work around for some issues brought up in the support forum I am disabling the auto load of the files to evernote. You will now need to manually open evernote and tell it to import the files found in the macro/evernote folder.

I am looking into what the issue is and should have a fix soon
