Version 3.0.1

A new release which is introducing unique ID for a Munzee in the GC form.
The code will be MZxxxxxxx in stead of owner/id number.

Note: This version is default NOT compatible with the previous versions and
that's why the version number is changed to 3.x

However, this macro can be down graded to it by changing one parameter at
the beginning of the macro.

For 2.x compatibility:
#Change this to TRUE if the macro needs to be compatible with Version 2.x of the macro.
$bVer2xCompatible = TRUE

Default for 3.x compatibility:
#Change this to TRUE if the macro needs to be compatible with Version 2.x of the macro.
$bVer2xCompatible = FALSE

This setting can be found on line 127 of this version 3.0.1

Warning: If you are going to use the new ID, please select a new empty DB
otherwise the amount of Munzee's will be double due to the fact that the old
code of a Munzee is not recognized.

This is also the reason why the choice is not select-able in the form.

The following replacement/update of the MyMunzeesCSV Version 3.0.1 will be the version 2.2.15

This version will be compatible with 3.0.1 and 2.2.14.
