Select this option to add a cache or filter of caches to one of your bookmark lists.
Unfortunately the api does not provide a way to create a bookmark list, so you must first make sure you have at least one bookmark list to add to. To create a bookmark list, log into your profile at Geocaching.com and select the "manage lists" option:
Then select the Create new bookmark list option:
