Only check new messages (File=>Get e-mail)
GSAK internally saves the unique message identifiers and uses these to determine which messages are new or not. This addresses the problem with Google mail accounts (and others) where you have large numbers of messages not associated with your matching download but the headers are still having to be read to determine if there was a match or not. You won't notice any difference in speed on the first download, but subsequent downloads should be a lot quicker - especially if you are using a dial up connection and have many messages in your account. Note: if you are making changes to your matching criteria and want those changes applied to old messages on your server you will need to uncheck this box to force GSAK to read all the message headers again.
