Ozi Names File (File>Export=>Ozi)
Select this option to automatically generate an Ozi names file when creating the waypoint file. In Ozi Explorer, click on Options, then Name search. This will open the search by place name dialog in the right hand side of the screen. Click on the load button and you should now see a names file with the same name as your wpt file you just generated. This screen has much better searching ability than the standard Ozi waypoint list dialog.
Caution - GSAK will override the corresponding Ozi Names file if one already exists. However, make sure you are not currently using this Ozi names file. Although Ozi does not throw an error at the time, if you try to reload the file Ozi will complain about the headers being corrupt. This file is generated in the "Name Search" folder of the install folder of Ozi, and has the same name as your WPT file but with the extension of .names
