Strip "A", "The" etc for name index (File=>Export=>HTML)

One of the problems with the name index is that many cache names begin with "the" (and other similar short meaningless words). This often causes a large cluster of caches to be grouped under the "T" heading and dilutes the meaningful use of this summary. If you enable this option GSAK will strip out these words for the purpose of building this summary. For example, "The Lost Cache" would be grouped under "L" and not "T". Note: Only the position of the cache in this index summary is changed, the actual name of the cache is left exactly as it is in your GSAK database (Hopefully, to reduce confusion if trying to cross check with other sources of data)
