Fix screen maximize problems on windows XP (Tools=>Options=>Advanced)

There have been reports of a screen maximize problem on some windows XP systems. Check this box to fix this issue.

Note: This fix does cause the screen to "jump" a bit on start up of GSAK. I will leave it up to you to decide if the cure is worse than the disease.
