Databases

GSAK stores your waypoint descriptions in a database, which it loads each time you launch GSAK.  GSAK creates a default database, which it calls "Default".  You can create additional databases if you wish, and you can call them names that mean something to you.  For example, you might create a database for the files in your state or region, and you could call the database "Home"; you could create a database that includes all of the waypoints that you have found, and you might call this database "Caches Found".   When you launch GSAK it loads the database you were viewing when you last closed GSAK.

The Database menu includes commands for manipulating and maintaining databases.
