Remove account (from menu only) (Geocaching.com access=>Remove account

GSAK includes support for multiple (up to a maximum of 5) Geocaching.com accounts for use with the api. There may be times when you want to remove one of these accounts from the menu. Note that this only removes the account from the menu - it does not delete the account or invalidate the corresponding access token.
