Suppress finished OK messages (Tools=>Options=>General)

Many of the GSAK exports and dialogs complete with a "Finished OK" message. Some feel this is not required while others like the "security blanket" of knowing that the option actually did something. You  have the option to suppress these messages if that is your preference.
