Remove additional waypoints from long description (Tools=>Options=>General)

Note: At the time of writing the help file, Groundspeak were having "issues" with additional waypoints in the long description (more information)

Additional waypoints default to loading as "child waypoints" in GSAK. This means that the additional waypoints show in the HTML long description as well as the child waypoint grid. If you would like to suppress the additional waypoints shown in the long description, check this box.
