Smart name keep characters (Tools=>Options=>General)

Currently when GSAK calculates smart names from the cache name it only keeps the characters "A..Z", "a..z", and "0..9". This option allows you to add any characters you like to this list. Handy for countries like France and Germany where accented characters are used.
