This dialog allows you to set the color of a row or column. When setting the color for a column, only one column per row can be set.
Scope: This enables you to apply the color setting to just the current waypoint, or all waypoints in your filter.
Extent: This enables you to color the whole row, or just the currently selected column
Action: This enables you to set or clear the color
