Also apply to cache name (File=>Export=>GPX)
GPX files which contains Geocaching.com extensions (which GSAK includes) generate the cache name with:
<groundspeak:name>Cache Name</groundspeak:name>
This option allows you to change this name to be the same as the cache description (which gets generated into the <desc> element)
