Use cookies to save map settings (Tools=>Options=>General )
In the split screen, GSAK uses cookies to save your map settings (map type and zoom level) so that your settings are "sticky". However, if you have changed your Internet Explorer security settings to a higher level than the default then you may get a warning message from IE every time you selected a different cache. These warning messages can get very annoying after a while. This really only leaves you with 3 options
1. Live with the warning messages
2. Change your IE security settings back to the default
3. Uncheck this option - this will get rid of the warnings, but your map type and zoom level will no longer be sticky.
