Distance steps (File=>Export=>HTML)
The HTML "Distance Summary" has an index at the very front that enables you to quickly jump to waypoints between a certain distance from the location for this summary.
Set the distance you would like to use for these groups here.
Note: Just setting the distance is not enough to get the summary - You must make sure you also check the "Distance" box in the Indices to generate.
