This dialog allows you to manually set a centre point to any coordinates:
Coordinates - Enter the coordinate string for this centre point
Description - Enter the description for this centre point
Add to locations - Check this box to have the center point automatically added to your saved locations (Tools=>Options=>Locations)
When you click on OK, this becomes your current centre point and all distances and bearings are recalculated.
