SmartName(sData,sLen)
sData - The string to calculate the "smart name" from
sLen - The total length of the "smart name" to return
This function is very similar to the %ShortName special tag. However, %ShortName only applies to the cache description, where as this function will allow you to use it on any string. Basically it just applies the "smart name" algorithm to the string provided then returns a "smart string" of the specified length. Note: Like %ShortName, there is no guarantee the generated string will be unique each time.
