PURGENOTE <Type=Full|NoteOnly|LogOnly> <Range=Current|All>
Enables you to remove information from the User Notes.
Type = This is the type of information you would like to purge/delete
Full - The complete user note, including everything in the user note section and user log section
NoteOnly - Only the user note section - Not the user log
LogOnly - Only the user log section - Not the user note
Range = The range of records this purge should apply to
Current - the current record only
All - all records in the current sub set (That is, if a filter is set only the records in the filter will be updated)
